Join us for a two-hour class exploring the past and present of vinifying wine in clay vessels. We will discuss the 8,000 year old history of this unique practice, and taste wines from pioneering winemakers part of the resurgence. We will taste six examples of wine made in clay vessels. Topics discussed will include; Amphora, Qvevri, Dolia, Tinaja, Georgian wine, Orange Wine, Natural Wine
