An Introductory class to Sparkling Wine, discussing production methods, styles and labeling terms.

Join us for a 1.5 hour introductory class on Sparkling Wine . This class will explore the different production methods for Sparkling Wine, and the resulting styles. We will taste six examples that represent the different categories such as Champagne, Cava & Pet Nat.

Topics discussed will include: Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Asti, Pet Nat, Traditional Method, Tank Method, lees aging, Brut, vintage and more.
