An Introductory class to Sparkling Wine, discussing production methods, styles and labeling terms.
Join us for a 1.5 introductory class on Sparkling Wine. This class will explore the different production methods for Sparkling Wine, and the resulting styles. We will taste six examples that represent the different categories such as Champagne, Cava & Pet Nat.
Topics discussed will include: Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Asti, Pet Nat, Traditional Method, Tank Method, lees aging, Brut, vintage and more.

We are now offering a cheese and charcuterie pairing for our special classes. We suggest ordering this in advance to ensure the classes start on time. The pairings will compliment the wine being tasted in the class.
